What does an online occupancy calendar cost?

A calendar costs €17,95 per year. That's VAT included. Do you manage more than one calendar in your account? Then the price per calendar goes down:

• 1 or 2 calendars: €17,95 per calendar per year
• 3, 4 or 5 calendars: €15,95 per calendar per year
• 6 to 10 calendars: €12,95 per calendar per year
• More than 10 calendars: a tailor-made rate, contact us

Free trial period

You can try out your first calendar for 30 days, completely free and without any obligation. No payment details needed to get started. Only after the trial period do you decide whether you want to keep using the calendar.

What's included

• Your own online occupancy calendar with a unique, shareable URL
• Full control over "occupied", "reserved" or "available", even per half day
• Integration into your own website via a simple iframe code
• Display in one of 6 languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish or Italian
• iCal import/export to exchange data with other calendar systems*
• Booking management (currently in beta), including booking requests via your calendar
• Photos and a description to personalize your calendar
• Your own privacy settings, including the option to keep your calendar out of Google's search results

*) Synchronizing calendar systems via an iCal-link can occasionally lead to problems due to its complexity; we do not guarantee this functionality. See our frequently asked questions for details.

How do you pay?

Billing is automatic: you receive an email requesting online payment. In the Netherlands you can pay via iDEAL|Wero, in Belgium via Bancontact, and in Germany via Sofort Banking.
